100% satisfaction is always our goal.
Our warranty covers repair or replacement of our barrels that are determined to be defective in workmanship.
Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser……….. Yes……….Lifetime!
- ZTOL Barrel warranty is for the original purchaser of our product.
- Our warranty will not cover any of our products that have been modified by anyone other than our company.
- Shipping costs are not included in our warranty/repairs if needed.
- Miss-use, excessive wear and/or abuse identified by our technicians is not covered under warranty.
- Policy On Parts Sales and Returns:
- No returns will be allowed if the product has been altered in any way.
- No returns for credit after thirty days from invoice date.
- On all returns, no credit will be granted for shipping charges or surcharges.
- Absolutely no exceptions to above stipulations.
IDENTIFYING YOUR BARREL
FOR IDENTIFYING THE BARREL; EACH BARREL IS ENGRAVED WITH “ZTOL” AS WELL AS A LOT NUMBER (I.E. “L1”, “L2”, “L3”, ETC.) AT THE CHAMBER END. THEN WE ALSO HAVE A PERSONALIZED NUMBER WITHIN THAT LOT WHICH IS HAND ENGRAVED ON THE BARREL NUT THAT IS PINNED TO YOUR BARREL.
